Digital Services Act: contacts and procedures
Version 2.1 · Published Saturday, 17 October 2026
Version 2.1 · Information under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, "DSA") for LynqSeat members, anyone who wants to report content, and authorities.
1. Provider
LynqSeat is an online platform provided by RocketSavvy IT& T, Canada, 20 Greencrest Circuit.
2. Points of contact
- For members and the public (Article 12 DSA): [email protected]. You can also use the in-app Safety screen and the form below. You do not have to rely only on automated tools; a person reads and answers your message.
- For authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 DSA): [email protected].
- Languages: Greek and English.
3. Legal representative in the EU (Article 13 DSA)
Because the provider is established outside the European Union, it has designated as its legal representative: Panagiotis Peter F. Athens, Greece. Authorities can address the legal representative on all issues related to the DSA.
4. How to report illegal content (Article 16 DSA)
Anyone, with or without an account, can tell us about content or behaviour on LynqSeat they consider illegal:
- Members: use report on a profile, a message or a Venue in the app.
- Everyone: use the form at the bottom of this page.
Please give us: the reasons why you consider the content illegal, where exactly it is (for example a link, the profile name, the event and date), your name and e-mail address (except for reports concerning child sexual abuse material, where you may remain anonymous by writing to [email protected]), and a statement that the information is accurate and complete in good faith.
We confirm receipt to your e-mail address, process your notice diligently, objectively and in a timely manner, and inform you of our decision and of the ways to contest it. We do not use fully automated means to decide on notices.
5. Our decisions and statement of reasons (Article 17 DSA)
When we remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, or suspend a Venue, we inform the person concerned with a clear statement of reasons: what we decided and its scope, the facts and circumstances, whether automated means were used, the legal or contractual ground, and the available ways to contest the decision.
6. Internal complaint-handling system (Article 20 DSA)
You can contest our decisions on notices and on your account, free of charge, for 6 months after we inform you: in the app under Safety, or by e-mail to [email protected]. Complaints are handled by staff who were not involved in the original decision; we reply without undue delay and reverse the decision if the complaint shows it was not justified.
7. Out-of-court dispute settlement (Article 21 DSA)
You may also refer a dispute about our decisions to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified by a Digital Services Coordinator. The European Commission publishes the list of certified bodies. Using such a body is voluntary and does not affect your right to go to court.
8. Trusted flaggers and misuse (Articles 22 and 23 DSA)
Notices from trusted flaggers designated by a Digital Services Coordinator are processed with priority. After a prior warning, we may suspend for a reasonable period accounts that frequently provide manifestly illegal content, and the processing of notices and complaints from people who frequently submit manifestly unfounded ones.
9. How we moderate and recommend (Articles 14 and 27 DSA)
Our rules are in the Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. Members are visible only to others checked in at the same live event; we do not use paid ranking for members. Events are ordered by date, distance and format, and featured Venues are labelled. We do not show advertising and we do not use profiling for recommendations.
10. Protection of minors (Article 28 DSA)
LynqSeat is only for people aged 21 or over. Age is confirmed at sign-up, profiles of suspected minors are removed, and Venues check age before serving alcohol.
11. Transparency and supervision
We publish information about our content moderation as required by the DSA and provide information on the number of active recipients to the competent authorities on request. The Digital Services Coordinator in Greece is the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (ΕΕΤΤ), www.eett.gr, which handles complaints about breaches of the DSA.
12. Emergencies
If someone is in immediate danger, call 112. For an incident at a Venue, tell the staff or the shift lead straight away.
