Version 2.2 · How lynqseat.com, the LynqSeat web app and the LynqSeat mobile app use cookies and similar technologies on your device.
1. Summary
LynqSeat uses only cookies and storage that are strictly necessary to provide the service you request: keeping you signed in, protecting the site, remembering choices you made in the app, and processing a payment you start. We do not use advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics cookies.
Under Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006 and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, strictly necessary storage does not require consent. That is why we show you a short information notice instead of an accept/reject banner. If we ever add storage that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your prior consent, with "accept" and "reject" offered equally on the first screen, as required by the Hellenic Data Protection Authority's Recommendations 1/2020.

It does not store your personal data.
4. The mobile app (Android and iPhone)
The mobile app does not use cookies. It stores the following on your phone, only because it is strictly necessary to run the service you asked for:
The app has no advertising identifier, no advertising or analytics SDK and does not track you across other apps.
5. Third parties
- Cloudflare protects the site against attacks and may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example
__cf_bmorcf_clearance) when it needs to distinguish people from automated traffic. - Stripe loads only when you start a Κέρασμα payment. To process the payment and prevent fraud, Stripe may set cookies such as
__stripe_midand__stripe_sid. These are necessary for the payment you requested. See stripe.com/cookie-settings. - Google Pay and Apple Pay, if you choose them, are provided by Google and Apple inside Stripe's payment form. They process your wallet data under their own privacy policies.
- Maps are served from our own server; no map provider receives your data.
6. Your choices
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time, and sign out or uninstall the mobile app to remove what it stores. If you block the cookies above, you will not be able to sign in or pay, because they are necessary for those functions. Signing out deletes the session cookies.
